The rooms were nice and clean except there was a stain on the comforter. It smelled pleasant and much nicer than many other hotels.
My cousin and I met here to attend a family funeral together. We were both very impressed by the cleanliness and atmosphere. My bed was very comfortable and the room seemed to be larger than the "usual" hotel room. The bathroom was roomy as well, and I loved the tile on the floor. I really enjoyed the breakfast. There was such a variety of items and everything I ate was very good. Hot and cold items were held at the proper temperature and everything was really clean. I would definitely stay here again and wonder if all Sleep Inns are comparable to this one!
Breakfast staff were horrible! Me and my children came down for a quick bite before getting back on the road. And the woman came in the breakfast area angry
Clean and seems new. The front desk lady was nice and efficient but they had her working alone with no help. The lady was on point even though there was a line of check instead. It impresses me how efficient she was at getting people in and into their room. Good training. The room was a 8/10 on cleanliness and was a little small. But overall this was a decent price and is very conveniently located right on I-75. I'll stay here the enxt time I'm in the area.
It's immediately apparent this Sleep Inn is recently built. It has a very clean feel about it, no strange odors or frayed carpets, or scuffed walls. We stayed on the first floor and seldom heard anyone above us. Ceilings were very tall and it gave the room a spacious feel. A wall-mounted digital thermostat controlled the temperature of the room. The room was clean, and had everything we needed, Beds were probably the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in. Mattress was padded, but supportive, and sheets were good quality, not at all scratchy. Our boys had a good time playing in the indoor pool, and the room and water were a comfortable temperature, despite the cold outside. The continental breakfast is predictable, but there is something for everyone, and Joyce made sure nothing was out of place or lacking. Again, the lobby and dining area still feel very new and clean. Good job, Sleep Inn of Emerson!
