Rooms need carpet or improved walls to aid in sound deadening. Stopper in tub didn't work; Staff was just short of obnoxious regarding check out. Front desk attendant seemed like producing a copy of the bill was re-inventing the wheel. No response....like.."Thank You." This location has LOST the concept of the words: Paying G U E S T!! Should be de-listed as a Motel 6 location, and turned over to the Family to run it...by the "seat of their pants." I can't recommend this location. Pay a little more; Get a LOT more...elsewhere.
Its a lot cleaner then the please down the street . Had to walk out of a place do to bugs and a lot of bugs. Never stay down the street. Stay here it's healther for you no bugs
The room cleaner pounded on my door at 9 am asking to clean the room as I was getting out of the shower. I told him through the door to come back later several times but he kept pounding saying he wanted to clean the room. Finally, I opened the door in a towel and asked him to come back later (I am glad I latched the door shut or I am sure he would have been in the room). Needless to say he never came back to the room and cleaned it.
The room was shabby at best and needed a really good cleaning. Every where I looked I could see areas that looked liked they had not been cleaned in months. When I got into the room it smelled so strong of air freshener I was gagging and had to open the door to let out the smell. All night I could smell it and it was so bad I could not sleep well. I am guessing they were trying to cover up the smell of not cleaning the room and it stinking so much. Things in the room were broken and instead of being repaired where just left broken.
At check in I gave them my passport, but they told me it was unacceptable and I had to have a driver's license. After some arguing he finally accepted it, but hesitantly
The commercials used to say "clean comfortable room...." That'd be a huge stretching of the truth here. Never knew paint could hold that much mold in a bathroom. The smell was atrocious. The two stars is for the comfy bed and the front desk clerk was super nice. It was too late to bother asking for a different room. Your experience may be different. Good luck.
Had roaches all in the room as soon as i walked in seen them every where, didnt even check for any other bugs. Went next door to the best western.
