Nice clean room and very comfy bed. Shower drain clogged though so did not use shower ..desk person was notified when we checked out. I would stay again as it was one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in.

This is an excellent hotel. It is newly remodeled and has very nice furnishings. Breakfast was terrific. Exceptionally clean. Beds were just a bit hard, and the refrigerators made a little bit of noise that could be annoying. The only problem we had is that guests are allowed to smoke on balcony, and the air conditioner units tend to draw that smoke smell into the room. However, the room we had that smelled of smoke was quickly fixed with an excellent product which eliminated the smoke smell. Overall a great stay with a terrific price.
Great Value! Clean room- updated fixtures- nice staff- good breakfast. Will definitely stay there again next time in the area.
Best experience EVER at a Best Western. Everyone was great. The room was AWESOME, slept like a baby. No other place will I stay in Cartersville, (and I've stayed at many....) This place is legit!
