Beware, this place has at least one room infested with bedbugs. An employee of this location told me personally that the owner had knowledge of room 105 having bedbugs after I had found 4, and guess what? They placed me in that room. I found and collected 4 live bedbugs then I was moved to a different room 203 and there's a good possibility that I might have taken some with me. I asked numerous times to speak with the owner and l did not once received a call from him. The day off checkout I saw him and gave him the Ziploc bag with 4 bedbugs I had collected and asked him to call me on 11-21-17 and today is 11-25-17 and he still has not contacted me. The days of my stay were 11-18-17 to 11-21-17. Please if you must stay at this hotel check the entire room prior to making yourself comfortable.

After a long day of moving the front desk staff was amazing! They made sure we had everything we needed and even offered to make a pot of coffee, no where

I have ever stayed has been as sweet. The only downfall was the bed, it was hard and not comfortable. But I would definitely stay here again if needed.

I evacuated due to the hurricane. I called a number of hotels and no availability. About 2 hours before getting into Cartersville, I called here and they had a room and said they would hold it for 3 hours. It was like an oasis in the desert, lol. We ended up staying 4 nights with 2 dogs and 2 cats. I love that the room had no carpet, was laminate floor and great for pets. We enjoyed our stay. This is not the hotel's fault, but people need to clean up after their dogs. It is your responsibly to bring poop bags and clean up. I have 2 dogs and there is a dumpster out back to dispose of the poop, or 2 covered garbage cans outside the entrances. Other than that, the room and property were clean. It made our evacuation less stressful having a decent room to stay with pets.

Very poor customer service. The clerk acted like it was a burden for me to ask to be moved from the 3rd floor, with no elevator access in the building, to the bottom floor for my disabled daughter. They only have 3 bottom floor rooms, which were "reserved". The building is older and has a wet smell to it. The room itself was nice, and there are a few updates. I will never recommend an Econo Lodge.

WARNING!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD #. If your travel plans unexpectedly change, the manager Yogi Patel could care less! He will charge your credit card the full amount. Instead of the hotel giving you a usual cancellation time from 4 to 6 PM on arrival day. He will tell you he will not cancel your reservation unless you give him a 24 hour notice.
