DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!! THIS IS A DISHONEST PLACE AND TAKE ADVENTAGE OF WOMEN!! No manners from the supposed mananger there ! Was charged $50 to screw a bolt in for my tire! The two guys are absolutely dumb and do not know what they’re doing. Took in my perfectly running car and when they returned it to me it would not crank on. I heard them revving it up so bad I’m sure they ruined something on purpose to get me to pay them more money. The guy immediately told me “oh it’s the battery, we’ll get you a new one here in no time for $140.” THIEVES!!!!! Had jump start my car to take somewhere else and the problem wasn’t even the battery!! Bastards!! This happened on or around May.
I took my vehicle here for years. I had few complaints, nothing major. I started to visit the Acworth location since it's closer. They told me that whoever previously did my oil change sealed where they drain the oil out. I knew this would cause future problems. Here I am months later, fixing to pay $700+ to replace my oil pan since my car is leaking oil. I wouldn't recommend this place as I am not happy.
They were very friendly and replaced my brakes and rotors quickly without an appointment....they did lose a simple bracket and the manager told me it was too late to order another one and told me it was already missing which is was not I just looked at it before coming in.....all in all...descent place
Went in for a simple oil change for the 3rd time. The person waiting on my fiance was sooo rude, I have no choice but to claim him as a Racists. The employee who stated he was the manager (could be true) called the police and ended with us leaving because there was a WITNESS TO THE WHOLE INCIDENT. This is the WORST place in Cartersville to have service done. They have HORRIBLE customer SERVICE!!! The mechanics are known to try to get over on you as well!
