I called the location in Kennesaw, but was picked up 30 minutes late by the Cartersville location. The lady who picked me up was very pleasant.When we arrived, they did not have many options for vehicles. When my car was ready, I returned the rental car to the body shop where I was picking up my car. I called Hertz on the way to let them know I was dropping off the car. I received a call the following week saying that I was going to start being charged out of pocket for the rental car because I had not turned it in. Not only had I turned it in a week prior, but I spoke to a representative on the phone about doing so. I just checked my bank statement and have two pending charges from Hertz for this rental. I will be calling tomorrow to hopefully handle this situation, but it has been more of a hassle than expected.
