Reserved a large SUV when our family SUV broke down in the middle of the night. Arrived first thing in the am to find no full size SUVs available. Told it was a problem with the "system". Agreed to a smaller SUV (no choice, it was the day of my daughter's wedding). Tried to use a credit/debit card and found out I could not since I did not have 2 utility bills on my person and my license was out of state! Again told the issue was the system and that it would actually charge my debit card twice if I used it. Was not at all pleased and will not be using Enterprise again sadly. I hope they get their act together.
It was great until I noticed the over charges on my credit card. Then upon going in to my local location and received the worst service ever in my entire life. Meaning your employee threw his hands and says "I don't know how else to explain it." And walked up luckily a coworker stepped in and tried to smooth it over cause I almost turned irate. Future note no I won't be returning nor recommending anyone.
Isaiah, the Assistant Store Manager, is the BEST!!! I am a Platinum Enterprise Member and I rent a lot with Enterprise but this is my 'Go To' location. Every Time, Isaiah has always been polite and easy going. He's truly the only reason I still go to this location because of the Great Hospitality that I receive from him. I always know that I am going to receive Excellent Customer Service and a Good Quality Car when I deal directly with Isaiah. I am thankful for him being such a Good Manager, if I ever had an issue, he resolved it right away and with little to no push back! It's hard to find Managers like Isaiah that actually care about the Customers so I am thankful that He's at the Cartersville location!
Cotis was amazing he picked me up from the collision center and he had the most awesome personality. He was professional and fast and detailed! In a frustrating situation. He was able to ensure we left with smiles! Definitely stop here if you have to get a rental. Isiah was also of great support and assistance. Thank guys!
