Terrible place and the staff could careless about you. The woman there (manager?) is extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. She doesn't deserve a job as a manager, maybe washing cars would be best for her. You know, away from people. Don't waste your time coming here and I am sure they'll be out of business before too long. If you ever want to see a public zoo in Cartersville, come here.
I had to get a rental from them because my car got messed up. First off they gave me a car i didn't ask for. It was way to small for me and my son. Then when I called to change to get a bigger car , I had to call 26 times before they answered. Then the guy stated sorry that's the only car we have.
The people at the Cartersville location are great to work with. AMANDA does a great job and very professional. The location is very convenient to my location. HERTZ IS A GREAT COMPANY.
A horrible horrible selection of cars! Don't have many to choose from at all, and what they have isn't at all in the best condition! Dirty,smelly with body damage
We reserved a mid-size SUV SIX WEEKS in advance, when my wife arrived to pick up the vehicle, then lady at the desk stated they only had a compact car and they would give her that for the same price as the SUV. When my wife told them that we had made the reservation weeks in advance, she said that it wasn't her job to find us the vehicle we reserved, she only had what she had available. My wife then asked her to call another branch to see if they had anything close to what we reserved. The employee laugh and stated playing on her cell phone. We put $250 down to reserve the vehicle as a deposit. The lady refused to give us our money back and it took us almost four weeks to get our money back from corporate. No apology or any incentive to "win back our business" from the branch or corporate. Hertz will never have our business. The lady at Enterprise was able to match our price, upgrade us to a full size SUV, and do this with a smile. And to go one step further, she did all of this the Friday before Memorial Day.
One last thing, you can tell these 5 star reviews are paid for or are friends. "Great service" is a hilarious remark to give these people.
