It's a good place to get home improvement equipment (and D.I.Y drone rescue stuff), but don't expect to find alot of employees walking around to help you if you're in a crunch for time

Not Great. Nobody available to help in lighting. Buck-passer in suspended ceilings. The flooring specialist was excellent, but she was sandwiched in between the other experiences.
We were very impressed with the customer service we received from Scott in dealing with a change in an appliance delivery. He was presented with several challenges in meeting our request and did not complain about the modification of the order. The entire transaction was very pleasant and handled with professional courtesy. Thanks Scott and Lowe's of Cartersville!
Only the cashier was helpful. The department employees acted as if we were interfering with their phone call or computer work. I remember when they wanted us to come to them instead of Home Depot. They don't carry and couldn't look up the replacement blades for the Hustler 50" zero turn mower we bought from them last year - really??? Unbelievable!
