I was a loyal customer for 2 years, purchasing and paying off (on time) several items. I just paid off another item with them recently, so I figured I'd ask for a limit increase because I was planning to buy a whole new living room set from them when I move in a month. Instead of increasing my limit, they decided to lower it by $700 instead. Unfortunately, they have poor business practices, and I wouldn't recommend any company that treats their customers as such. You're better off going to Aaron's on the other side of town, and that's coming from someone that dislikes Aaron's since it's an obvious ripoff.
You sign a contract for one monthly price then they give you a higher price the next month. Then you go to the store to fix it and all they can say is call corporate. They have no customer service what so ever.
Customer service is horrible, I asked one question and they called my boyfriend and told him a whole lieee I was in shock because all I wanted to know if they exchange my couches have their tags and everything I just need bigger ones and willing to pay the difference but nope they said I supposedly was gonna leave the couch outside blah blah blah and when I called back to speak to the manager because what they said was unbelievable he was another retard that was rude and very unprofessional. Just horrible management
