Staples, in general, are difficult to deal with. First when you try to order on line, the system is not very user friendly and fails to prompt you for each individual item you need to complete. For example, I ordered today and it never asked if I needed to send another party to pick up the order.
Great customer service
Also when you call the store direct, being a busy business person, it is not desired to listen to advertisements while I'm waiting to speak with a store representative. I need to get through, get my question answered, and move on to other business that I need to accomplish. Very disappointing to deal with a store that seems to big for it's own britches.
