Wouldnt replace a console one week after purchase with receipt.
The store does sell used games that I bought for my grandson at this time I asked was there any type of guartee the you man said if u have any problem he did not say save ur receipt what kid of eleven years old saves a receipt now the game does work and what . I don't know how to fix it
Most of the staff are young and have no regard for customer service. I have been to other locations where they go above and beyond to help you. This location has always been either rude or inattentive. Very disappointed. I would give them negative stars if possible.
