I showed up late in the afternoon with my car battery needing replaced. There was already at least 15 people having work done. I had the original receipt from when I had Terry Reid Kia install it. Only thing was is that Terry Reid put in a cheaper battery and charged me for the premium one that was suppose to go in the car. Part number on the receipt did not match the battery in my car. Tom the service manager took incredible care of me and got me out the door with the correct battery, one heck of a price and smile on my face. I drive a 2013 Rio 5 and it drives and accelerates like never before. Outstanding customer service and honesty. Two things almost impossible to find anymore until now.
Ask for Renee, Service Manager. She doesn't quote policy like a robot. She does her best to find a solution to every issue. This includes ensuring you have a vehicle to drive while your car is being serviced. She is extremely accommodating and thorough. I had an appointment for service maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc.). As always, everyone was quick, courteous, and added that one extra detail that says "I appreciate you as a customer". All of the associates I encountered took the time to smile and say "Good morning", no matter how busy they were. And the service team is great - they make a huge effort not to keep you waiting too long, and don't attempt to oversell extras. They will inform you of additional services that can enhance your vehicle's performance, but will also let you know what can be optional or deferred so you have options.
I highly recommend if you go here deal with Brett Frowman he will do anything in his power to put you in what you want an will get your payments in your price range. I have much respect for Brett for helping me out. Only dislike they don't give away a free hamster with a buy.
Came in for our scheduled oil change and maintenance. We were treated professionally. The work was done at a reasonable time, and we were pleased with the service we received.
