Always like going to someone else's bank because it generally means I am getting some cash..
And don't get me started on the genius that thought it was a good idea to put an ATM in front of the night deposit. That person needs to be kicked in the teeth.
For all you people who think they need to get more tellers that is not going to happen. Was told that they are weeding out tellers want customers to use the Atm for everything or the mobile app. I hate this bank the only reason why I use them is because they are nation wide.
I got great service and the branch manager was awesome
Deplorable. The branch manager would rather walk around and ignore customers. The other employee have attitude and would rather blow smoke up your back side than to actually conduct business.
The lack of tellers is astounding. There's rarely more than one teller working the desk inside but there's always a greeter asking if they can help. Heck yes you can help! Jump behind that counter and move some people through so I don't have to stand here for 45 minutes just to get change.
