Staff and Dr. are amazing and have such a love for animals!!!

I love the staff here! They always take great care of our pets.

My little dachsund-terrier Gracey is quite a nervous little dog which makes going to the vet an incredible pain. She gets so worked up that it makes my wife a nervous wreck so now I'm charged with the task of taking her by myself. However, since I've started going here I have been very pleasenty surprised. They treat my dog very affectionately and in a manner that somehow soothes her in to being calm the entire visit. It's obvious the staff here has a gift for animals. Gracey doesnt hate going to the vet anymore and neither do I!

In this type of business, in my opinion, you get what you pay for and though I more than likely paid more for these procedures that I needed to it was WELL worth it in my eyes. I do recommend this hospital to those who are looking for great care and service for their pets.

Later I brought in our Calico "Kianna" and I received the same level of service. She was much more uncomfortable, however they did what they could to help her get comfortable. I was recommended vaccinations, procedures, etc. I was given an UP FRONT cost before I brought in our cats and I knew the cost going in and was prepared for that.

I can't speak for others, however I was not asked how this was to be paid for ahead of time, which I agree would have turned me off to the hospital so I do hope they don't ask that of others. However I CAN UNDERSTAND how a business would be asking that simply because in order to stay a business that has to be determined. Let's be honest, how services are to be paid for is a part of a "business".

Dr. White and Tyler took great care of my sweet dog Riley. He was at ease the entire visit. The front office staff is also very kind.

DISCLAIMER: This animal hospital is a bit expensive..... I don't want there to be any illusions on that whatsoever. Putting that aside I have two cats that my daughter and I have had since kittens. As a father (or parent for that matter) you know that animals are like family to children and not just us. I checked all of the animal hospitals I could research in the area and visited a few. While they seemed great, this hospital seemed to have the professionalism and knowledge I was looking for.

Both times I saved and prepared for the laser surgery, the vaccinations, the pain medication for each, and the return appointment (which didn't cost anything, it was just check ups or pulling stitches). The neutering was roughly $280 and the spay was roughly $350. (I did not use any vouchers from the humane society since I felt that should be used for people who really need the assistance) I do not make a lot of money, but at the same time I don't struggle since I budget and while these were procedures that were a bit expensive it was well worth it in my eyes.

With that out of the way, the staff was very nice and very knowledgeable. I brought our Orange Tabby "Jack" in to be neutered and they were very kind. They spent a few minutes while I was there with him to make sure he was not too uncomfortable. They broke down the recommended shots, vaccines, and procedures. They can do laser surgery or they can do the traditional procedure with scalpels. I chose laser because it is a much less painful procedure and overall healthier for him. They kept him overnight and I was to pick him up the next day. I wasn't able to do so but the staff was very kind and kept him another night for me (yes this was an extra charge but I understood and was ok with this because it was my responsibility to pick him up).
