I needed a cab home after an ER visit in the middle of the night. The driver responded quickly and was quiet. He got me home quickly and was polite when I left.
Did not have a good experience with this company. Waited forever for the cab, and each time we called asking for a status update, we were told they would be there in 5 minutes. Ended up waiting over an hour and the car never came. Tried again the next night and the woman who answered the phone screamed a few obscenities and hung up on me. I would recommend not using them if you want a reliable ride. Someone should really think about driving for uber in this town, they would make a fortune.
Dont ride with the guy in the red kia he tried to sell me a notebook instead of a laptop and lied about it.then didn't even give me all my money back.thinking hard about using lyft as my next ride they dont cheat you with the meter running all the time.and most of them do it.and stayed on his phone texting while driving
First time ever riding in a taxi and it was great fast and friendly service. The driver was awesome...highly recommend them to anyone. To my driver Charlie thanks a million your a good man
