Things are constantly brought to the sales floor. When I take time to look thoroughly, I find quality items here.
I was shopping with my family and saw a purse behind the counter , a 29.95 faux prada black purse. When I asked the employee behind the counter about it , she told me it would be marked down to 4.99 and she hadn't moved it from behind the counter. I was ecstatic by the wonderful deal! But when I went to the counter they wouldn't give it to me. Their excuse is that the woman behind the counter ( who was indeed wearing a goodwill name tag) is not an official employee but part of their hiring program- and thus cannot be honored. They were rude in the explanation of the situation and refused to honor what I'd been promised. I reported the situation to the manager who gave me the same passive "oh well" excuse. I understand mistakes are made. I understand there is miscommunication. But I was made a promise and the customer is always right. They didn't make money at all off of that purse. And I for one will not be returning to this store! The customer is always valued and right, unless you're at the Cartersville goodwill. Cheats!

This place is a joke. Bought a toaster oven got home didn't work and they wouldn't even exchange it. I will never give this store a dime of my money. I am so angry right now. I'm gonna talk to a lawyer about this sum store
