The food is really the problem, everything tastes the same. It's blah food, that always tastes like it was frozen, and like they try to mask away that with tons of sauce or something. This isn't unique to this location, but seems to be common across Applebee's in general over the last several years. We keep forgetting this, and try it again every year or so, and then we remember why we don't frequently Applebee's anymore.
All is on the MANAGEMENT, not having food on menus or prep not done for dinner. We will not be back, going to longhorns or Chilis! Sad! because we use to enjoy the food ..
Edit: so I ordered 2 long islands and one was a remake. I got charged for the remake. Lite ice don't mean full of ice. And they double charged. After hey split the tab they left it on my friends tab. And she had to pay for it again. That's bulls**t. Somebody owes me $3 and some change. And my friend. Waited over two hours for two rounds of drinks for 5 people. And they still got it wrong. Service was way better earlier in the day. Please contact me with how you will fix my problem. I'm sad to say this is no longer my home Applebee's. been going here 15 plus years. And one night made me never come here again. Never again. Thanks management
New management, is poor. Came in several times in the last few months & every time out of Ribs? How are you out of ribs it's 6:00pm??! Out of sides, baked potatoes, red potatoes, always OUT of something & its prime dinner time. Can't even get an appetizer in a timely manner. Staff tries to accommodate but very few staff trying to serve all the tables.
Service was excellent. Food was good.The margaritas was absolutely awful. Tasted like old lemonade. They need a new recipe and to put some liqueur in it.

They gave a grown man 4 fingers to start with and a ton of fries! Getouttaherr! Plus every table that wasn't occupied was flooded with dishes....
I don't know why we continue to subject ourselves to Applebee's. Tried this location as a matter of convenience on the way home from a family mini road trip, and it was about as disappointing as the locations closer to home. While the store is clean, and the staff was friendly enough, service was a little slow - which was unexpected since it wasn't crowded.
But it takes 30 minutes in between orders...
I love this place. I'm so upset with the service tonight. Been in here for over an hour and spent most of it waiting on two drinks. Fix the problem and I'll rate five stars like I know it deserves.
