Was very pleased with the work Phil completed for us. We called Saturday morning and left a message. Tuesday (after a Monday holiday) we were told a tech would be there by 1. Phil was prompt in arriving and checking our system. He found and fixed the problem quickly. Phil is polite and courteous and was respectful of our living space. We've been using this company for maintenance for years and will continue to do so.

We got this referral from GA Building Authority. They came out the same day we called. We described our issue as a whining sound from our external condenser. They changed the fan motor and capacitor and took a little over an hour of work. We were charged $465. I had a problem understanding the price as a fan motor is about $100 and capacitor is about $20 even if you double it what is left is what was labor charge. you be the judge. And we still have the whining noise. Final note, I call their office to talk to the owner and still have not received a call back.
During the coldest part of January 2017 called and told them we could hear the unit powering off and on. We still had heat so didn't want to be put ahead of anyone who didn't have heat. Within a couple of days they were out and diagnosed the inside unit was bad. Big expense with Christmas just being over with. They worked with us got it fixed and all is right with the world.
