The woman working there (African American, super sweet) was absolutely amazing. I told her what I was looking for (and didn't feel awkward at all) and how much I could afford. She was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this store.
A product died before we ever used it. Called to see if they'd exchange it. Employee said I'd need to come before 4 pm to have the manager approve the exchange. Impossible because I too have a job. Their employees should be empowered to take an exchange.

I was here window shopping with my new partner in mind. I felt like the prices were just a bit of a stretch, but the customer service from the lady at the desk makes up for it.
