I walked in and was not greeted which would not have been an issue if ALL the employees working that day didn't stare at me the entire time I was in the store from the moment I walked in. It was completely uncomfortable and I decided to just leave. I felt very singled out like they were worried I was going to steal something. I will most likely NOT be coming back. I would much rather drive to the Kennasaw Ulta where I can shop peacefully and not feel like I can't use the samples to see if I even want the pallets or lipsticks.
I walk in. Was not greeted. My hair was not done and in a messy ponytail (I do hair for a living and it was my day off. I gave my hair a break that day from the flat iron) and no makeup on (hence why I was there in the first place). I saw they were out of the Shape Tape concealer and needed help. I smile and wave to a redhead who worked there for assistance. What does she do?
She looks me up and down with a look of disgust on her face and turns her back on me! Are you kidding me?! One: I don't appreciate being judge by my lack of effort in my appearance. Two: I don't appreciate the fact that she seemed to assume I was window shopping. I planned to have spent almost $100 that visit.
Not at all. I don't plan on coming here again.
Got my hair done by Darlene in the salon. The absolute best! After talking with her only a few minutes, she understood exactly what I wanted and did it. She was professional, knowledgeable, and amazing. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back.
Everyone was helpful in making suggestions on what I was looking for. Attendant at the brow bar did an awesome job. Was introduced to the resident aesthetician and beautician, both of whom were very nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back!!
I was at first super excited. I was going to be able to save money in gas by coming here instead of going all the way to Kennesaw or Canton and spend that extra little bit here.
