Years ago two different heating/air companies couldn't resolve a problem with my heater but kept charging despite their failure. Thankfully, I found South Air, they came in, fixed it in minutes. Always professional reliable service. Thank you South Air.
Lots to be desired - I called this AC\Heating company to look at my unit and at first I thought everything they said sounded great, but after they checked out my system they said it would cost lots more than originally quoted for a service call, on top of that they could not say how long it would run, once they fixed, so I spent 240.00 to fix what was told to me as a power disconnect. where the wires were cleaned, then the next week it went out again, I called them back and they wanted another 300.00 to replace. I called another local AC company and they fixed everything for 150.00. I would not use this company again I felt they wanted my money not my satisfaction.
Heat was not working when I got home from work, but It was not a real cold night and didn't notice until late in to the night, I called 1st things the next morning, and Vicky help me with getting a tech out and also arranging a payment plan for my repairs, they got me back up and running and now no worrying about trust because these folks care about you and are honest people. I have used a few others and felt ripped off over the years, but South Air are great folks. thank you South Air!!!
I contacted them for service on my HVAC unit. They confirmed what another company had said-that the compressor was gone. The service technician, Shane, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Because of their knowledgeable employees and professionalism I decided to have them replace the old unit with one more efficient. They gave me a fair estimate that happened to be a little less than their competition. They arrived exactly as scheduled and had the new unit up and running that day with no surprises on the bill. I will definitely use them for any other HVAC needs.
South Air was super quick to respond to my online request for AC service. I requested it on a Sunday evening and they responded by 8:30a the following morning. Shane was at our house that same day and got us all fixed and cool again!
