They have a new front desk person and she is a very compassionate person. Overwhelmed with everyone wanting to know whats taking so long! Who ever complains should put in for the job.
This place is awful. Give you no time to actually hear you out, just push pills as fast as possible. Misdiagnosed, and never given the time of day. Every single time I walk in here there is a problem.
The doctor & nurse practitioner are great. The front desk however need to get their act together. They never answer the phone when I call and they never call back. Once I had an appointment with the counselor. I drove there and I live on the other side of town only to find out she wasn't coming in due to personal reasons. I never got a phone call. I told the receptionist it was rude and unprofessional and she fussed me out. I didn't do anything wrong I was there for the appointment. If it weren't for the front desk I would give it 5 stars.
Clinicians are okay but front desk staff are the worst I've seen. Hard to believe the VA outsources to this place.
First come fist serve my foot. Been waiting long after everyone before and after us has left. Got here around 8 it's almost 12! Ya'll need to serve lunch or something.
