Would not was our crew cab truck. Said it took too long. We have been getting our truck washed there for two years. Truck cost over 50.00 to wash. Not very customer friendly. I want to talk to owner.
Seems that on occasion they go the extra mile to really clean your vehicle but on the regular, they just get you in-and-out. I have found that one receives the same service whether they pay for the Basic or Premium offers. It really just seems to differ based what day it is and who's working. This lack of consistency has caused me to bring my vehicles to a different car wash But they do offer good deals on oil changes and seem to have competent service men!
I had my van serviced and cleaned on 6/1/2017 because I was going on a trip, this was told to the gentleman who was doing the oil change and I asked that he check everything to make sure it was safe for the trip. Upon leaving the person that was doing the cleaning flagged me down because they left their cleaning cloth and telephone in my van. The manager? saw what happened and give me a coupon to get another cleaning. Well after getting on the road I realized that they did not do anything to the inside at all you couldn't hardly see out of the windshield and my friend who was with me is allergic to cat hair and they didn't even vacuum. Then after getting where we was going we noticed a tire needing air so when we started to put air in it we realized there was no valve stem covers on three of the tires. I took my van back on 6/5/2017 and was complaining about what happened and I was told by Richard that I got a free coupon to get my van cleaned again and that I was lying about the valve stem covers that they were on there and it wouldn't hurt anything with them not being on there. Well the whole reason I went was to get it ready for a road trip and even if they were missing it should have been brought to my attention and a free cleaning does not help when I needed it done before. I will not be back to Pal's ever again and would not recommend to anuone
Great waiting room and good service! The owner or manager was mentoring a new employee and was encouraging, patient and balanced as he did so. Nice to see!
Tuesday afternoon 3pm
7 cars in line at cleanup and 3 workers to do it all. Actually 2 and one guy who only does wheels! $25 for full detailing cleanup and I am here 1 hour and 20 minutes. Workers are working there butts of. Kudos to them. Not to management! Wont be back!
