The owners were awesome, very kind and helpful. The campground is clean and well organized. The showers and restroom were very clean. The site was easy to get into. We stayed there four nights. The only thing is the site could have been a little more level but we able to level our unit. Thanks for the stay.
The washers and dryers are free to use for all kampers!
No off leash dog area. Hosts were rude and insulted my wife. We reserved the site with a credit card but wanted to pay with a different method once we arrived. We arrived after hours. They had already ran the card for the full amount before we even checked in. They then refused to refund that card and charge the one we wanted to use. They threatened to call the police but didn't. If we were really being a problem why did they let us stay? We stayed for a couple days only because we were evacuating Florida due to hurricane Irma and everywhere else around was booked solid.
The owners and contractors are making progress in upgrading all aspects of the property since my last visit. Bathrooms and the sites were significantly improved (they were always cleaned, but old parts are being replaced) The staff is friendly, and I appreciated their kindness despite the high volume of visitors and repair work they were doing. I could tell by their attitude they have good plans to keep improving.
We use this place for a stopover on our way to Florida from Ohio - great pullthroughs for your rigg.
