The service was terrible a week ago after the ball game. Food slow getting out, our waiter forgot our table. The staff was new and not trained. This Wednesday at lunch the hostess was great. Same poor waiter. He was lost, didn't know they served mushroom soup. I felt sorry for him. It appeared they had many new people.
I held off on posting this to give them another try. Sorry I did. The place has the potential to be a cool place to go in Cartersville. Everyone is very nice. But the service was not good both times and the place is chaos. It'd be good if they could get it together...I'm not holding my breath.
Love this casual restaurant. The food and staff are top notch Love the fact that I can order my pizza just the way I like it, including the kind of crust I prefer. The salads are super yummy!
We usually visit the Cedar Crest location but stopped in since we were in the area. Great food, service was perfect. Our waitress went out of her way to ensure our food was exactly what we wanted and the manager called the Cedar Crest location to get the ingredients for a salad that isn't on the menu at the downtown Cartersville restaurant. Very impressed. We'll be back.
I love mellow mushroom and I want to love this location but they don't make it easy. Extremely slow service and they are never busy. After waiting almost an hour the pizza came out wrong. Manager blamed server and gave us $10 off. I just want my food in a timely manner and prepared correctly. This will be the last time I give them a chance after trying to go back repeatedly and expecting a better outcome.
